This is not the pride comes before a fall story but the kind when you are a mum and you are proud of your offspring. I know he is 23 now but it is so good to see him home after his journey at the weekend.

Lots of people have done the 3 peaks in 24 hours (it took him and his group 28 hours) of Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon but to do it this weekend just gone in all this rotten wind and rain and through the night has not been a easy time for him or the group he has been climbing with.

My son is in a local well-known band (he plays keyboard) and they decided to do the walk for charity. They did it and to me its a proud time to know he met the challenge head on and succeeded. Well done sweetheart and well done to all the guys in your group.
