And I am sick and tired of getting them.  What is it with me as since November last year I am now on my 5th cold.  I have taken all the usual remedies … extra vitamins (Centrum for the over 50s (!) … Vitamin C …. Echinacea …. Juice Plus and a tonic) and after the last major episode that ended at the end of January and having taken umpteen vitamins since then I thought I felt lots better but just as I think things are fine then along comes the next sore throat last Wednesday day time and here I am, Sunday evening, blinding catarrah headache and horrible running nose and still trying to cough up the crap (sorry) and no I have never smoked and I rarely drink so its def not those thats causing my immune system to keep having knocks.

So … as you can tell … Sue is grumpy … but not with life as things do seem to be on an up … just fed up of feeling sorry for myself sickness wise!  I WILL get better … I WILL … I hope
